My wife and I wanted to get away for a week during the pandemic. This was the perfect spot! The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The views out the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular. They had everything we needed to cook our meals. The gas grill was spotless and worked perfectly. All the appliances were like new and worked great. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the giant sectional in the main room were all 4 of us could sit comfortably. There is a gas fireplace that is not only nice to look at but really warms up the room nicely. We had everything we needed to enjoy our trip and be very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and working with the host was a very pleasant experience.

Lovely 30A Stay
This bungalow is perfect for couples traveling together as well as families! I loved the location and the amenities! It was equipped with a grill, games, and plenty of beach gear! Really enjoyed our stay here, we will definitely be back!
Only Place to Stay When Visiting 30A!
I had such an amazing visit coming here with my family. When you arrive you realize that you are so close to the beach and so many cute restaurants and shops. With a short walk or an even shorter golf cart ride you can make it to the beach in just under 7 minutes. Enjoying Oysters over at Shunk Gulley and wonderful cocktails was one of our favorite things to do at night. When you want a night in to cook with your family, you have such a wonderful kitchen with great appliances and a spacious fridge to put all of your snacks and drinks for the beach. You can’t beat coming back to such a wonderful cozy space that feels like a second home while on vacation. From its proximity to everything to its wonderful design Kick Ash on 30A is the way to go every time!!!

We were so pleased to have found this darling place. It was perfect for our needs. Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed for our week at the beach. Great location!! An easy walk to the beach and close to coffee and ice cream!!
